Do you charge for a diagnostic visit if I decide not to do the repair?
No. Every visit includes a free estimate, and if we can’t fix the problem, you don’t pay for the visit. That’s our No Fix, No Fee guarantee.
How fast can you get someone out to look at my AC?
We offer same-day and priority response for AC repair calls across Hillsborough, Pinellas, Pasco, and Hernando counties. Call or book online and we’ll get a licensed tech out to diagnose the problem, and most repairs get fixed in that same visit.
Is the technician who works on my AC actually licensed?
Yes. Dynasty AC holds HVAC license CAC1820335 directly, this work isn’t subcontracted out. The person diagnosing and repairing your system is one of our own licensed techs.
My AC breaker trips every time the unit tries to start. Is that a big deal?
It can mean a failing compressor, a bad start capacitor, or a wiring problem, and letting it keep tripping can cause more damage over time.
